My Way Of Health & Life

For more than 10 years I worked as a Community Pharmacist serving many people who visited the pharmacy. My job was to provide the most appropriate advice to help people with their health problems and recommend the most suitable treatment for each patient. With time, this experience made me realize that many of the medications we currently use are not as effective in improving health as other natural treatments.

The reason why I decided to undertake studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine is that it treats the root of the health problem and not only the symptoms. Chinese Medicine is actually a way of living and understanding life. The principles of Chinese Medicine show the dynamics of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements as the basis for an encounter with our internal balance and state of health.

My studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine involved disciplines and techniques such as Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, Moxibustion, Auriculotherapy, Tuina, Cupping and Diet. In addition, my studies in Pharmacy involved anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, toxicology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical technology among others. My varied expertise has prepared me to help you walk your path to well-being

In my practice, I integrate the sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. With rigour and respect for both disciplines, I work with people who want to release their ailments. Also, I respect their Western medicine treatments.
